More on Roger Fleming
Roger Fleming was born and raised in Florida. He served as Legislative Director to a U.S. Congressman, as Majority and Minority Counsel on the Judiciary Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives, and as a political appointee in the Administration of President George H.W. Bush.
For the past 20 years Fleming has been a lawyer and lobbyist in DC. He has represented tech and telecom clients from former Bell companies to smaller competitive carriers. He also represented Montana State University's Distance Learning Center for many years. His consulting firm has been headquartered in MT for the past 10 years and opened an office in Bozeman, MT in Fall 2020.
Roger is a graduate of Emory University, and lives in Bozeman, MT with his wife Alice.
